Meet Inbox: Your Control Center for Group Chats
Sep 30, 2025
WhatsApp groups keep businesses running, but they also create relentless noise. Yesterday’s client escalation, today’s task update, tomorrow’s missed query — they blur together. You respond in the moment, but a day later, the thread is buried and the bigger picture is lost. That is why we built Inbox.
Inbox is designed to bring order to the conversations that matter most. It highlights the critical Impact Events - moments in your groups that you define as important - and presents them in one clear, structured view. Whether you manage 100 groups or 10,000, Inbox gives you a bird’s-eye view of your business. It helps you cut through the noise and focus on what truly needs attention.
What counts as an Impact Event?
You define Impact Events. For one business, it may be revenue, for another, it may be customer service. Some examples include:
Escalations: A project bottleneck flagged by your team that needs immediate manager attention.
Recoverable Revenue: A payment overdue or a deal slipping that can still be saved.
Missed Customer Query: A client question left unanswered in the chaos of a group conversation.
SLA at Risk: A deadline or commitment about to be breached unless someone intervenes.
These are the signals that matter — and Inbox makes sure they never get lost.
How Inbox Works
Find it in your app: Inbox sits in the left navigation bar of the Chetto app.
See what matters: Each group is represented by an Impact Event card. For example:
Design Group | (2) High Tasks | (1) Escalation | (1) Customer DissatisfiedConfigure your view: Decide what you want to track. Configure the attributes linked to the agents you’ve enabled, so the Inbox reflects the signals most relevant to your business.
Drill deeper: Expand a card to see the underlying messages or conversation summaries. Click the chat button to open the group in the sidebar, explore insights, or even draft a suggested response.
Why Inbox Matters
Inbox is not just another feed. It is a control center for your business conversations. By surfacing Impact Events that you define, it ensures that the most critical signals do not drown in the daily flood of messages.
For the first time, you can step back from the chaos of endless group chats and see, at a glance, where your attention will have the most significant impact.
An Inbox that finally works.
